Exchange PolicyHere at MODKSA, we strive to make every customer truly satisfied with their purchase. All items will have to pass our quality checks during packing and before shipping.
However, in the unfortunate event if customer receive any defective or wrong merchandise shipped, the merchandise must be returned unworn in its original condition, with tag intact if any, within 7 days of purchase. After which, we will not accept any exchange of the item(s).
We therefore strongly advice customers to check the item(s) upon receiver. All items will be inspected on their return, should we find that item(s) is/are not defective as aforementioned, item(s) will be sent back and all postage costs will be borne by the customer.
We only provide a same item exchange for defective merchandise. Should the original merchandise be sold out, customer can choose to exchange for any item(s) that is available or store credit of the same amount for future purchase. To be eligible for exchange, please kindly take an image of the defect and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before shipping item(s) back to us. Repeated exchanges are not allowed.
Under all other circumstances, all merchandise sold are non-exchangeable and non-refunable including wrong size(s) purchased. Kindly check all measurements provided on product page, do email us at email@example.com should you have any enquiry regarding sizing.
